- 45.22.02A. A person shall not use or explode consumer fireworks on days other than July 3rd and July 4th of each year, all dates inclusive.
- 45.22.02.B. A person shall not use or explode consumer fireworks at times other than between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M.
